- Manage the guest arrival experience, ensuring a warm, professional, and efficient welcome.
- Oversee table management and reservations to maximize seating capacity and guest satisfaction.
- Proactively engage with guests to personalize their experience and meet special requirements.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with tact and excellent service recovery skills.
- Coordinate with the F&B service team to ensure operational standards and presentation are maintained.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the menu, beverage offerings, and promotional activities.
- Assist in managing high-volume service periods while ensuring consistent quality and brand representation.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in luxury hospitality, preferably in a bar or lounge setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate fluently in English.
- Professional grooming and a warm, service-oriented demeanor.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Proven capability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve guest issues independently.
- Proficiency in POS systems and reservation management software is an added advantage.
- High level of attention to detail and a commitment to upholding premium service standards.
