You will be responsible for managing table reservations, greeting guests, and ensuring that our restaurant operations flow smoothly. Tanggung Jawab

  • Warmly greet and welcome all guests as they arrive at the restaurant.
  • Manage the dining room floor, including seating guests and optimizing table turnover.
  • Handle restaurant reservations via phone, email, and in-person inquiries with accuracy.
  • Assist the service team in ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
  • Maintain a professional, clean, and organized front-of-house appearance at all times.
  • Handle guest inquiries and special requests promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate between kitchen and service staff to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Maintain knowledge of the current menu to provide accurate information to guests.

Kualifikasi

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational training in Hospitality is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or resort front-of-house role preferred.
  • Excellent command of the English language and strong verbal communication skills.
  • Polished appearance and a naturally welcoming, hospitable personality.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure in a busy environment.
  • Basic computer literacy for reservation management systems.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • A proactive team player with a strong sense of responsibility.
