Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly greet and welcome all guests as they arrive at the restaurant.
- Manage the dining room floor, including seating guests and optimizing table turnover.
- Handle restaurant reservations via phone, email, and in-person inquiries with accuracy.
- Assist the service team in ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
- Maintain a professional, clean, and organized front-of-house appearance at all times.
- Handle guest inquiries and special requests promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate between kitchen and service staff to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Maintain knowledge of the current menu to provide accurate information to guests.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational training in Hospitality is a plus.
- Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or resort front-of-house role preferred.
- Excellent command of the English language and strong verbal communication skills.
- Polished appearance and a naturally welcoming, hospitable personality.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure in a busy environment.
- Basic computer literacy for reservation management systems.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- A proactive team player with a strong sense of responsibility.
