Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the daily operations of the food and beverage outlet, ensuring high standards of service and hygiene.
- Support the restaurant management in training staff, managing inventory, and monitoring stock levels.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
- Participate in menu planning, cost control analysis, and cost-effective purchasing.
- Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in the F&B industry or a strong interest in entering the field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Proficient in basic computer applications and POS systems.
- Valid Food Handler Certificate is an advantage.
