- Complete rotational training across kitchen, service, and management departments in 50+ upscale outlets
- Implement operational standards for food quality, service excellence, and workplace safety
- Assist in inventory management, cost control, and vendor relationship development
- Lead cross-functional teams during peak hours and special events
- Contribute to strategic planning for outlet expansion and service optimization
- Mentor junior staff members and conduct performance evaluations
- Develop and analyze KPIs to drive continuous improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Degree/Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Management, or related field
- Strong passion for F&B industry with career aspirations in leadership
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Flexibility to work rotating schedules across multiple locations
- Valid work permit for Singapore (Singaporeans/PRs preferred)
