Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the daily operation of F&B outlets to ensure optimal service standards.
- Learn and execute inventory management, stock tracking, and supplier coordination.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest inquiries or feedback professionally.
- Support the management team in monitoring outlet KPIs, including sales targets and labor costs.
- Train and supervise junior service staff to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist in the planning and execution of promotional campaigns and events.
- Maintain a high standard of outlet cleanliness and visual merchandising.
Kualifikasi
- No prior experience required; we prioritize attitude and willingness to learn.
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level, Diploma, or Degree in any discipline.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
