Tanggung Jawab

  • Rotate through FOH and BOH departments to gain a holistic understanding of restaurant workflow.
  • Assist in daily outlet operations, ensuring high standards of service and food quality.
  • Support the management team in inventory tracking, ordering, and cost control measures.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations (NEA standards).
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing feedback and resolving operational issues promptly.
  • Assist in staff scheduling, training, and development of junior crew members.
  • Analyze daily sales reports and provide insights to improve outlet performance.

Kualifikasi

  • No prior experience required – we provide comprehensive training for all candidates.
  • Possess a diploma or degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work a 5.5-day work week, including weekends and public holidays as required.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office and interest in F&B management software systems.
