Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the food and beverage service, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize costs.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Assist in training and supervising junior staff members on service protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all hygiene and safety regulations.
- Participate in menu planning and promotional activities to drive sales.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work weekends, public holidays, and flexible shifts as required.
- Proactive attitude with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office Suite).
- Valid Food Handler’s Certificate (if applicable).
