- Oversee and manage all daily food and beverage operations, ensuring smooth workflow and exceptional service delivery.
- Lead, train, schedule, and motivate F&B staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement innovative menu concepts, ensuring high quality, presentation, and consistency of all food and beverage offerings.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage supplier relationships, and implement effective cost control measures to achieve financial targets.
- Handle guest feedback, inquiries, and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to plan and execute special events, promotions, and banquets.
- Analyze sales figures, identify trends, and develop strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience (3+ years) as an F&B Manager, Restaurant Manager, or similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
- Demonstrated ability to manage daily operations, staff, and financial aspects of a food and beverage establishment.
- Strong understanding of food and beverage products, service standards, and current industry trends.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a passion for motivating and developing teams.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- Proficiency in F&B management software, POS systems, and basic office applications.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
