Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years progressive F&B management experience in resort/beachfront settings
- Proven track record in team leadership and staff development
- Strong financial acumen in budgeting, cost control, and P&L management
- Expert knowledge of Indonesian culinary trends and international cuisine
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; other languages valued
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
