Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all daily Food & Beverage operations, ensuring consistent quality and service standards.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to maximize revenue and increase profitability.
- Manage inventory, procurement, and cost-control measures to maintain healthy profit margins.
- Lead, train, and motivate the F&B staff to foster a high-performance, guest-centric culture.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations across all outlets.
- Collaborate with the culinary team on menu engineering and periodic updates.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement actionable improvements to enhance overall satisfaction.
- Manage scheduling, payroll, and administrative tasks to ensure seamless departmental operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B management within luxury resorts or fine-dining restaurants.
- Strong financial acumen, with proven experience in P&L management and budget forecasting.
- Deep understanding of food safety standards and operational compliance.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage multicultural teams effectively.
- Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Willingness to be based in Payangan, Bali.
