Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee daily F&B operations, including restaurants, bars, and banquet services to ensure exceptional service standards.
- Develop strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, actively managing feedback and resolving service issues.
- Manage, train, and motivate a diverse F&B team, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Control operational costs, focusing on COGS, labor, and inventory to meet financial targets.
- Collaborate with the culinary team on menu development and seasonal promotions.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Analyze P&L statements and prepare financial reports for senior management.
- Establish strong vendor relationships to negotiate contracts and maintain supply quality.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field highly preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of progressive F&B management experience in a luxury environment.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, control COGS, and achieve financial objectives.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of food, beverage, wine, and culinary trends.
- Proficiency in F&B software (e.g., Micros, Delphi) and MS Office.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Eligible to work in Indonesia and willing to work in Kuta Selatan, Bali.
