Tanggung Jawab
- Direct and supervise all F&B operations including restaurant, bar, and banquet services
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to maximize profitability and market share
- Train, mentor, and manage F&B staff while maintaining high performance standards
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Control inventory, minimize waste, and optimize cost-efficiency
- Design seasonal menus and beverage programs aligned with market trends
- Handle guest complaints and resolve service issues promptly
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional campaigns
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive F&B management experience
- Proven track record in team leadership and staff development
- Strong financial acumen with budgeting and cost-control expertise
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of local and international food safety standards
- Proficiency in F&B management software and MS Office Suite
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
