Join Accor's prestigious hospitality team in Badung, Bali as our F&B Manager and become a pivotal leader in shaping the future of our culinary operations. In this strategic role, you'll collaborate closely with the General Manager and Executive Committee to drive innovation, enhance guest experiences, and optimize revenue streams across our F&B outlets. From fine dining establishments to vibrant bars and casual dining concepts, you'll oversee all aspects of food and beverage service – from menu development and vendor negotiations to staff training and quality control. Your expertise in market trends and operational excellence will position Accor as a leader in Bali's competitive hospitality landscape while maintaining the brand's renowned standards of excellence.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic F&B business plans aligned with Accor's brand standards and local market demands
- Manage all restaurant, bar, and banquet operations including staff scheduling, training, and performance management
- Control inventory, food costs, and operational budgets while maintaining profitability targets
- Implement innovative menu concepts and beverage programs that drive guest satisfaction and revenue growth
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations across all F&B outlets
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and enhance brand visibility
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality ingredients and competitive pricing
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years progressive F&B management experience in luxury hospitality brands
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and cost control measures
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop diverse teams
- Expertise in menu engineering, wine programs, and contemporary dining trends
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages considered advantage
- Deep understanding of Indonesian tourism market and Bali's competitive landscape
