Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage daily operations across multiple F&B outlets to ensure brand consistency and service excellence.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, including P&L, food cost, and labor cost to optimize profitability.
  • Lead, mentor, and train outlet staff to maintain high standards of performance and customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing and promotional initiatives to drive outlet revenue.
  • Oversee inventory management, procurement processes, and vendor relationships to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations across all food service areas.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for guest feedback and ensure swift resolution to maintain high satisfaction ratings.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in F&B management or hospitality leadership.
  • Proven ability to manage multi-outlet operations effectively.
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, P&L management, and cost-control strategies.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire a diverse team.
  • In-depth knowledge of HACCP, health codes, and safety standards in the food service industry.
  • Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and professional proficiency in English.
