Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the F&B department to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team of staff, including waitstaff, chefs, and service personnel.
- Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and control operational costs to maximize profitability.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and promotional events to attract and retain customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to enhance the guest experience.
- Collaborate with senior management to create annual budgets and financial forecasts.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in the Food & Beverage industry, preferably in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership and excellent communication skills with the ability to lead by example.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Deep knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality Management is preferred.
- Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management software.
