Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the staff canteen and food service facilities to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
- Ensure strict compliance with HACCP guidelines, health regulations, and safety standards at all times.
- Manage inventory levels, place orders with suppliers, and control food costs to minimize waste and maximize budget efficiency.
- Develop and implement menu plans that are nutritious, cost-effective, and appealing to a diverse workforce.
- Supervise, train, and motivate kitchen and service staff to maintain high service standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of kitchen equipment and hygiene areas to ensure a safe working environment.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues promptly to ensure staff satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Food & Beverage Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in F&B operations or catering management.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and HACCP protocols.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and basic financial reporting.
- Valid Food Hygiene Certificate is mandatory.
