Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and high service standards.
- Lead and supervise F&B staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by addressing feedback and resolving issues promptly.
- Manage inventory levels, place orders, and control costs to meet budget targets.
- Maintain compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Handle cash management and end-of-day reports.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless food service and timely delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the F&B industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations (valid certification is a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Proficient in POS systems and basic MS Office.
- Flexible working hours including weekends and public holidays.
