Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years in F&B sales or hospitality management role
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in Indonesian market
- Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills
- Proficiency in sales analytics and CRM systems
- Excellent command of Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Knowledge of Surabaya's local business landscape preferred
