Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome guests warmly, providing them with menus and seating arrangements.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and drinks to guests according to established service standards and plating guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, tables, and service stations throughout the shift.
- Handle customer inquiries, requests, and feedback with patience and professionalism.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down service areas for banquets and events.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service operations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in F&B service or a related hospitality role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
- Strong teamwork and the ability to follow instructions carefully.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems or willingness to learn.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light objects.
