Tanggung Jawab
- Provide prompt, efficient, and courteous service to guests in all F&B outlets
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS system
- Present menus and make recommendations based on guest preferences and specials
- Ensure tables are set to company standards before service begins
- Deliver food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
- Process payments accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any service issues promptly
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in food and beverage service is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to handle cash and operate POS systems
- Flexible working hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
