Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional food and beverage service, ensuring all hotel standards are met consistently.
- Greet and seat guests, maintaining a welcoming and professional demeanor at all times.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to provide accurate recommendations.
- Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the dining area, including table settings and service stations.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and feedback with empathy, professionalism, and prompt resolution.
- Upsell beverages and specialty menu items to enhance the guest dining experience.
- Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene protocols at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Level or a Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism Management.
- Prior experience in a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant environment is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with a professional and polished appearance.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a guest-centric mindset and a warm, positive attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment and adapt to rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic knowledge of wine and beverage service is an advantage.
- Physical stamina to handle long shifts on your feet while maintaining high energy levels.
