- Provide warm, personalized, and efficient table service to guests, maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.
- Possess extensive knowledge of the menu, wine list, and daily specials to provide informed recommendations to guests.
- Execute precise table settings and maintain the cleanliness and order of the dining floor throughout the service.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and special requests with professionalism and poise.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages.
- Upsell food and beverage items to enhance guest experience and meet revenue targets.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations within the restaurant.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a fine-dining or high-volume upscale restaurant environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a natural flair for hospitality and guest engagement.
- Excellent command of spoken English; proficiency in additional languages is a distinct advantage.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Demonstrated ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
