Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional table service to guests in accordance with Mott 32's service standards
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff
- Present menu knowledge and make recommendations based on guest preferences
- Ensure dining areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Process payments efficiently and handle cash transactions with accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service during peak hours
- Adhere to all safety and hygiene regulations in food handling and service
- Actively participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in fine dining or high-end restaurant service
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage products, including wine and spirits
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-centric approach
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
- Basic food hygiene certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in a professional setting
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Basic computer literacy for POS system operation
