Tanggung Jawab
- Provide warm and welcoming service to all guests, ensuring a high standard of hospitality.
- Take and process food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of banquet events, ensuring proper service delivery.
- Operate bar equipment and prepare beverages according to standard recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area, service stations, and restrooms.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate accounts.
- Collaborate with the culinary and service team to ensure seamless operations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in F&B service, banquet, or bar operations is preferred.
- Good command of English and local languages for effective communication with guests.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and public holidays.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
- High school diploma or vocational certificate in hospitality is an advantage.
- Strict adherence to grooming standards and uniform policies.
