- Deliver high-quality, attentive service to members and guests in line with club standards.
- Oversee daily floor operations, ensuring dining areas are pristine and tables are correctly set.
- Take orders accurately and provide expert recommendations on our menu and wine selection.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Handle member inquiries and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
- Train and mentor junior service staff on service etiquette and operational protocols.
- Maintain compliance with hygiene, safety, and workplace sanitation guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in fine dining or a premium hospitality environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, welcoming, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining composure.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Strong team player with a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
