Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service through attentive table service and order accuracy
- Process payments and handle cash transactions using POS systems
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in dining and service areas
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food and beverage delivery
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Assist in setting up dining areas, buffets, and special events
- Adhere strictly to food safety regulations and company policies
- Support inventory management and stock rotation procedures
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of F&B or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
