We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic F&B Service Crew to join the Front of House (FOH) team at The Supreme HR Advisory’s partner restaurant. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy creating memorable dining experiences, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
In this full-time role, you will work 44 hours per week in a vibrant dining environment. You will be the face of our restaurant, responsible for ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued. Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, managing the seating arrangement efficiently.
- Present menus to customers and provide detailed descriptions of dishes and beverages.
- Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner, ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions and process payments accurately.
- Clean up tables after guests and reset them for the next service cycle.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar F&B service role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift light trays.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
