Tanggung Jawab
- Perform end-to-end food service operations, including food preparation assistance and plating.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service to all patrons.
- Handle point-of-sale (POS) systems and manage cash transactions accurately.
- Maintain high standards of kitchen and dining area cleanliness in accordance with food safety regulations.
- Monitor food displays to ensure items are replenished and presented attractively.
- Adhere strictly to Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) and hygiene protocols at all times.
- Assist the kitchen team with general cleaning tasks and stock organization.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in F&B, hospitality, or catering operations is highly preferred.
- Possession of a valid Food Hygiene Certification (required for Singapore food handlers).
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle peak hours.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- Must be comfortable standing for extended periods and performing light manual tasks.
- Reliable, punctual, and a proactive team player.
