- Provide friendly, efficient, and professional service to all customers
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely delivery

- Assist with table setup, clearing, and resetting between customers
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any concerns promptly
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth order processing
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and support fellow staff members
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in F&B service is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
- Flexible availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
