- Deliver exceptional dining experiences through personalized service and attention to guest preferences
- Accurately process food and beverage orders using POS systems while maintaining order flow efficiency
- Ensure dining areas maintain impeccable cleanliness, table settings, and ambiance standards
- Execute upselling strategies to enhance guest experiences and maximize revenue opportunities
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly with professionalism and solution-oriented approaches
- Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service delivery
- Adhere strictly to hygiene, safety, and sanitation protocols at all times
- Participate in opening/closing duties and inventory management processes
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of professional F&B service experience in hotel/restaurant environments
- Exceptional communication skills with strong customer service orientation
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced settings while maintaining composure under pressure
- Basic knowledge of food safety regulations and beverage service standards
