Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and managing table requests efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area and service stations.
- Assist in menu preparation, including knowledge of ingredients and recommending pairings to guests.
- Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverage orders.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any service-related issues with a professional and positive attitude.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems for accurate billing and payment processing.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment and assist colleagues during peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in an F&B, restaurant, or hospitality environment is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable personality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and evening shifts.
