Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional guest service in all F&B outlets including restaurants, bars, and banqueting
- Manage table reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
- Process food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems
- Ensure dining areas maintain impeccable cleanliness and presentation standards
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to resolve service issues promptly
- Conduct thorough table turnovers to prepare for new guests
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment duties
- Participate in daily pre-shift briefings and training sessions
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of F&B service experience in hospitality sector
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments
- Professional appearance and courteous demeanor
- Basic proficiency in English language (Bahasa Indonesia fluency required)
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Food Handler's certification preferred
