- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional tone.
- Provide attentive table service, including taking orders, serving food and beverages, and clearing tables promptly.
- Offer menu recommendations and assist guests with dietary inquiries or special requests.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the dining area, including table settings and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely order delivery to guests.
- Handle guest feedback and concerns with patience and professionalism to ensure a positive outcome.
- Perform opening and closing duties as required by restaurant standards.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a minimum of SPM or equivalent qualification; experience in F&B is a plus but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle peak hour pressure.
- Good command of verbal communication in English and Malay; ability to speak additional languages is an added advantage.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and maintain a professional appearance.
- Flexible work availability, including weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
- A proactive team player with a positive 'can-do' attitude.
