As a vital part of our guest experience, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests receive top-notch service in our dining outlets.
Your role will involve preparing a variety of beverages, including coffee and non-coffee drinks, while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and presentation. We are looking for individuals who are friendly, reliable, and eager to learn. In this position, you will interact directly with our guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring their needs are met promptly. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee and tea, according to standard recipes.
- Greet guests warmly and take orders accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Restock ingredients, condiments, and supplies to ensure seamless service operations.
- Clean glassware, cutlery, and kitchen equipment after use.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating issues to the supervisor when necessary.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure timely food and beverage delivery.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (SMK/SMA) is preferred.
- Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, or bar setting is a plus but not strictly required.
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation or willingness to learn.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
- Proficient in using computer systems and mobile devices for POS operations.
