Tanggung Jawab
- Greet guests warmly and provide menus with a smile.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen.
- Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area and service stations.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any complaints with a positive attitude.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
- Previous experience in F&B service is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong customer service orientation and a passion for hospitality.
- Basic English proficiency is preferred for guest interactions.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
