Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure service excellence and operational efficiency.
- Lead, train, and motivate the service staff to maintain high service standards and consistent performance.
- Manage guest relations, handle feedback professionally, and ensure all concerns are resolved promptly.
- Oversee floor cleanliness, table settings, and ambiance to meet company presentation standards.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth communication and timely delivery of orders.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in managing stock control for beverages and restaurant supplies.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations throughout the service area.
- Prepare shift reports and assist management in achieving sales targets and operational goals.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an F&B supervisory or senior captain role within a restaurant or hotel.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian, with a guest-centric attitude.
- Proven ability to thrive under pressure in a high-volume hospitality environment.
- Deep understanding of F&B service standards, POS systems, and inventory management.
- Flexible scheduling availability, including weekends, public holidays, and evening shifts.
