You will play a key role in maintaining our high standards of excellence, leading a team of dedicated staff, and ensuring smooth service operations across all outlets. Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead, supervise, and motivate the front-of-house service team to ensure seamless operations during all meal periods.
  • Train, mentor, and coach staff on service standards, product knowledge, and operational procedures.
  • Ensure all guest interactions are positive, resolving any issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Collaborate closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure food and beverage orders are accurate and served promptly.
  • Maintain strict adherence to hygiene, safety, and operational standards (SOPs) at all times.
  • Manage service station inventories and assist in cost control measures.
  • Handle VIP guests and special events with the highest level of professionalism and care.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in F&B service or a similar leadership role within a 4 or 5-star hotel environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively and manage a diverse team.
  • Excellent guest relations and problem-solving abilities under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
  • Relevant hospitality certification or diploma is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of local dialects is a plus.
  • Must be a Singaporean/Permanent Resident.
