- Greet and seat guests, manage reservations, and ensure a smooth flow of service throughout the meal.
- Set up, maintain, and break down service stations in accordance with Marriott's luxury standards.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely delivery from kitchen to table.
- Upsell signature dishes, beverages, and special promotions to enhance the guest experience and maximize revenue.
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, tables, and serving tools.
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen and banquet teams to coordinate special events, large parties, and customized dining experiences.
- Assist in training and mentoring new team members on service standards and brand culture.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a full-service restaurant or hotel food and beverage operation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation regulations, and proper serving techniques.
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Passion for delivering exceptional, personalized guest service.
- Must be a collaborative team player with a positive and professional attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality Management is a plus.
