Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily F&B operations to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times.
- Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks to minimize waste and control costs.
- Train, mentor, and supervise F&B staff to uphold high service quality and operational standards.
- Coordinate closely with culinary and front-of-house teams to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve operational issues efficiently to enhance the overall experience.
- Assist in implementing cost-saving initiatives and improving operational workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or F&B Management.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in the hospitality or F&B operations industry.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, service standards, and cost control.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and evenings.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
