Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and present food/beverages according to villa standards
- Maintain hygiene compliance in all food service areas
- Assist with inventory management of F&B supplies
- Deliver exceptional customer service to villa guests
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams
- Support cash handling and POS operations
- Adhere to health and safety regulations
- Participate in villa events and special functions
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic food safety certification preferred
- 1+ years F&B or hospitality experience
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Physical stamina for extended standing
