Tanggung Jawab
- Assist customers with ordering, serving food and beverages, and clearing tables in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Ensure the dining area, service stations, and restrooms are clean, tidy, and well-maintained at all times.
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service operations.
- Handle cash transactions and operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately and responsibly.
- Greet guests warmly, answer inquiries, and address complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Adhere to all hygiene, health, and safety regulations set by the company and local authorities.
- Support the team during peak hours and busy service periods to maintain service quality.
Kualifikasi
- No prior work experience required; full training will be provided to the right candidate.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy for operating POS systems.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods while working.
