Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and supervise daily food and beverage operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Train, coach, and mentor staff on service standards, menu knowledge, and guest engagement.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in purchasing to minimize waste and optimize costs.
- Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, safety, and sanitation regulations (HACCP).
- Handle guest complaints and special requests professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Coordinate effectively with the kitchen team and front-of-house staff.
- Conduct daily pre-shift briefings and post-shift evaluations.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or certificate in Hospitality Management is preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in food and beverage operations, preferably in a hotel or fine dining setting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts.
- Proficient in POS systems and basic computer skills.
