- Oversee daily F&B operations across all outlets including restaurants, bars, and banquet services
- Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance to maintain service excellence standards
- Manage inventory control, ordering processes, and cost optimization initiatives
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Coordinate with culinary teams for menu development and seasonal promotions
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and discretion

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or Culinary Arts
- Minimum 3 years progressive F&B supervisory experience in luxury hotels
- Proven leadership skills with team development expertise
- Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and HACCP standards
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in inventory management systems
