Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee and coordinate daily F&B operations, ensuring smooth service delivery during all meal periods.
  • Train, supervise, and motivate staff to ensure high performance and adherence to service standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to minimize waste and control costs.
  • Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in the development of menus and promotional activities to enhance the dining experience.
  • Conduct regular briefings with the team to discuss daily goals and operational updates.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Food Service, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of working experience in a supervisory role within a hotel or restaurant setting.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and HACCP compliance is preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Proficiency in POS systems and computer applications is a plus.
