As an F&B Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the front-of-house and back-of-house operations, maintaining high standards of service, and leading a team of dedicated staff. You will act as the face of our establishment, ensuring that customer satisfaction is always the top priority. Tanggung Jawab

  • Supervise daily food and beverage operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Train, coach, and mentor staff to maintain high standards of grooming, hospitality, and product knowledge.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the purchasing team to ensure timely restocking.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure accurate order placement and timely food service.
  • Prepare daily work schedules and manage staff shifts effectively.
  • Conduct regular spot checks on food quality and presentation standards.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or food and beverage industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts.
  • Proficient in using Point of Sale (POS) systems and restaurant management software.
  • High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management is an advantage.
