Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily food and beverage operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Train, coach, and mentor staff to maintain high standards of grooming, hospitality, and product knowledge.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the purchasing team to ensure timely restocking.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure accurate order placement and timely food service.
- Prepare daily work schedules and manage staff shifts effectively.
- Conduct regular spot checks on food quality and presentation standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or food and beverage industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts.
- Proficient in using Point of Sale (POS) systems and restaurant management software.
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management is an advantage.
