Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily F&B operations including restaurant, bar, and catering services
- Train, mentor, and manage F&B team to ensure consistent service standards
- Implement and maintain food safety protocols and hygiene regulations
- Monitor inventory levels, control costs, and optimize procurement processes
- Develop seasonal menus that highlight local Sabahan ingredients and sustainable practices
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency
- Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure seamless service coordination
- Analyze operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of F&B supervisory experience in hospitality/tourism
- Proven track record in team leadership and staff development
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations (HACCP) and inventory management
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic F&B software
- Passion for eco-tourism and sustainable hospitality practices
- Relevant certification in Food & Beverage Management preferred
