Tanggung Jawab
- Support the Assistant Manager/Outlet Manager in daily leadership and operational execution of assigned Food & Beverage outlet
- Supervise and coordinate F&B staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Monitor service standards and ensure adherence to established procedures
- Assist in training and developing staff to maintain high service quality
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments for requisitions
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Contribute to achieving outlet revenue and profitability targets
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in F&B supervisory role
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Proficiency in F&B management systems and software
- Basic financial knowledge for cost control and budget management
