Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily F&B floor operations to ensure efficiency and high-quality service.
- Lead, train, and mentor service staff to maintain brand standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage supplies to minimize waste.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to ensure resolution.
- Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.
- Generate shift reports and manage staff scheduling for optimal coverage.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma or Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism Management.
- Proven experience as an F&B Supervisor or Team Leader in a reputable establishment.
- Strong understanding of F&B service protocols and POS systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a rotating shift pattern, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a guest-oriented approach.
- Well-groomed and professional appearance.
