Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily F&B operations, ensuring seamless service and guest satisfaction.
- Supervise, mentor, and train service staff to maintain brand service standards.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards across all service areas.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service delivery during peak hours.
- Generate daily sales reports and ensure accurate cash handling procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as an F&B Supervisor, Team Lead, or Senior Server in a reputable establishment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Deep understanding of POS systems and restaurant operational workflows.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Filipino.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Willingness to relocate or currently residing in the Siargao area.
