Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily F&B service operations to ensure guest satisfaction and adherence to company standards.
- Lead, train, and mentor the service team to maintain high performance and professional conduct.
- Manage floor operations during peak hours, ensuring smooth coordination between kitchen and service staff.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage supply requisitions to minimize waste and optimize costs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards across all F&B areas.
- Utilize Power Pro for FDA tasks, including reporting, scheduling, and billing management.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to ensure positive feedback.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 months of professional experience (including Daily Worker/DW roles) in a hotel or restaurant setting.
- Proficiency in Power Pro for FDA is mandatory.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
